First time dessert. Ring cake . Fantastic. And fantastic Kettle.
One hour cooking, snake method, at 160/180 (Celsius).

No frosting, i like it, but my sons don't like it. And it's very very good taste, next time just a little more lemon peel.
Kettle Is fantastic for baking.
