Did a couple flat irons, and a random managers special. They turned out quit tasty. A little picture heavy. Come to think of it these might have been flank steaks...

Love flat irons.....SPG and Thyme is all we put on em.....they're really good in an iron skillet which is how we do them.

So I double checked, frys has marked as both flat iron and flank on the packages....
