Good Morning from Davenport, Iowa! I’m a long time griller and outdoor/camp cooker, but have really gotten into smoking in the past year. I look forward to discussing best practices and new ideas!

Welcome from Chicago! New here myself but it seems a generally positive and pleasant place to be. These kettle heads sure know their Webers and they’ve picked up a few cooking tricks along the way.

I hope the warm weather we have three hours south has made it up to Chicago. To celebrate, I’m smoking a brisket today and spare ribs tomorrow.
