Title: Militello Italian sausage

Big thanks to Michael. He came by last weekend and gave me some sausage he and his dad made.

It was awesome. Perfect texture and flavor. I made some zoodles and red sauce to go with it. Also made salsa unrelated to this meal.

I love the zoodles. Sauce and sausage would go well with them.
