Title: Cuban quesadilla

I used up some stuff I had on hand.

Gilled ham steak with pineapple honey mustard glaze.

Leftover pulled pork

Pickle

Dijon mustard

4 deli slices of Swiss cheese each

Tortillas

It was fun and good!
