Title: Napoleon grill v Weber stock grill

Apologies if this has been discussed before and also it may probably be a stupid question but this has been playing on my mind for quite some time. Anyway, would there be any noticeable difference in taste if using the above grills for grilling the same chicken pieces or any other meat. The napoleon grill is obviously thicker so may prevent less air flow or smoke from the charcoal below than the thinner stock Weber grill perhaps. Any comments please. Thanks.
