I have the same one.  Fired up four burgers last night as well.  I lined mine with foil.  If you plan to use it often you might consider the large propane tank hose as you can go through the small ones pretty quickly.

You chaps inspired the wife and I to cook on the Baby Q tonight.
It's no blue but she cooked up a killer turkey  meatloaf with bacon icing 😁

We did ours in a 9x5 loaf pan, low heat and it took a hour.

I used this toaster oven part and a piece of aluminium foil doubled up with some slits so the bottom of the meatloaf wouldn't burn.
