I won’t lie, I looked him up on FB, but I most definitely don’t have the funds to make an offer on the grail of grails! I’m just happy to see it and realize it’s out there!

I remember that kettle from the 2017 WKC calendar. Yes, @einrej identifies his as a 54-55 Weber. I will change the subject title.

No triangle on these early models it appears. Both of these examples do not have triangles or ash pans.

If it is not original, it makes you wonder where the heck would you find a replacement cap that happens to be red?

Red was the original color for leg caps.

I was wondering about that. I can't believe the leg cap could survive that long as well.

Thought I'd add here that I can now access the site. By pure accident I activated Chrome's "incognito window", which I didn't know existed. I tried my link to here and it worked! I still can't access via a "regular" ISP page. I had even tried a VPN and that didn't work. Hopefully this will way will continue to work and @Troy will figures things out. :)
