Title: Fish and Turds
Post by: Davescprktl on May 03, 2019, 01:21:31 PM
Decided to make some Jalapeno Poppers (AKA turds).  Along with them I made some tilapia.  Used Alton Brown's recipe...link

I cooked the fish on my Q2200.  Used non stick foil and cooked about four min on each side.  Great and fun meal.  Pics....
