Title: What colors change when hot?

We all know the reds, red mist, and yellows get darker when hot. I know the CB grass green gets darker when hot. What about spring green or uline lime?  What all colors change? I was surprised the sage did not get darker. I don't think my ivory changes. My CB blue don't. Does the lemongrass? or the newer euro blues, Wedgewood, blue wave, turquoise? Do either of the grays get darker?

I'm not 100% certain but Avocado may get a bit darker with heat. When I first cooked om my Seville, I thought it looked a bit darker where the coals were, but that could have been just the light.

Also, if you put enough charcoal in and do it right, you can make a black grill glow red, but I've only seen this once.

The Key Limes of the 70's change color but are not as dramatic as red and yellows.   The Meat Cut Grill changes color.  I grabbed these images of the color change from a posting on Facebook. 
The orange appears to darken dramatically.

I got one to glow. I have not been able to duplicate it again though.

Burnt Orange also gets darker when hot.

Almost all of my grills effect a color change, my wife turns burnt red every time one shows up

My Kraft Cheese Brick Red gets almost black with the kettle pizza on it.

I did not notice a color change on my grey but honestly didn't pay attention

Same here. I cooked on my in-laws grey and got it really hot making wings last summer. If it got darker, which I didn’t really notice...it wasn’t dramatic.

I had my gray MT screaming hot for a reverse sear on a rib roast this past fall at deer camp. No color change noticed. ( I must admit I had a few beverages consumed so my color palette may have been a bit skewed)

Too funny, I'm just really starting the addiction, but everytime I bring this forum or start talking about the kettles my wife changes color too

THAT was funny.  One of the guys here claimed that their wife once said "do we REALLY NEED another grill?"  He claimed to have responded with, do you really need another purse or pair of shoes.  He also claimed he hasn't heard any more talk about having too many grills.  YMMV!
