It was pissing rain tonight, so no action shots
The family is doing a 'no meat' thing as a 30 day challenge. 21 days to go.
Tonight was grilled salmon steaks.
I seasoned mine with wolfe bold, which was F'ing awesome.
The rest got wolfe citrus - which was also F'ing amazing.
The mushrooms (a big variety, baby bellas, shitake, and some other one) were sauteed in balsamic, garlic, onion, and parsley.
The rice was fried in the saute pan afterwords.
