Doesn’t a crimson performer exist?  Or is that brick red?

I wouldn’t do a performer no matter how good it looked.

Lol. I worked with a guy that would always order lunch “I’ll do the.......” never seemed right to me.

I have gone as far as dropping gen4 crimson into a gen2 frame.  That's it. Drilling holes for the brackets not needed.

I restored one and gave it to my daughter and new SIL for a wedding present in June 2017. They love it.

I have one also. But I'm not sure what your question is?

Well, I didn’t know they made them as performers, and I was wondering what the actual color was... some I’ve seen were like a “dark  plum” color, then I’ve heard “red brick” color, and I didn’t know if they had the lid bale on them...
I’m looking to build a custom performer, just scored a frame so looking for research, that’s all...
I think a silver bowl and lid  (like the copper mist) would look killer...
I’ve got a black kettle, and a red LE kettle... just keep going in many different directions w the ideas already in my head...

Or are those voices...
Idk, somethin’s in there... lol

So after more than a year you finally found a frame? You need more than one. I'm also guessing it's a ssp frame.
