Title: Country style beef ribs
Post by: chriscw81 on June 03, 2013, 04:29:44 PM
Waiting until the weekend to smoke some meat doesn't happen around my casa! Today I've got some country style beef ribs going in the performer.  Normally I would cook them until tender on the grill but since its getting late I'm braising them with peppered cow and beef stock in the oven.  I gave them some oak smoke at 275 for at about 2.5 hours before hitting the oven.  I'll post a pic after they are nice and tender.
