Title: Steak fajitas
Post by: Chasing_smoke on June 01, 2013, 08:34:38 PM
Another day another dinner, tonight I decided to try my hand at fajitas.  Only cut I could find was a top sirloin steak and thought it was the closest for the dish. Marinaded it in some store bought, time was tight. Grabbed some red peppers, onions and portabellas.

Fired up the chimney half full, full ashed and ready to go I tossed them on top of last nights left over coals.  Got the CI pan nice and hot.

Quickly heated some tortillas up over the coals and we are ready.

Lets eat!
