Title: Handy Pan Ash Catcher
Post by: TXFlyGuy on August 06, 2018, 04:08:44 PM
Just found this on another forum, the Handy Pan Ash Catcher. Looks good. Has anyone here ever heard of this?

I might order one for my 1979 Kenmore-Weber.

Ther's an answer to the Happy Cooker internal ash pan.
Not bad at $30 but I wonder about the durability.

Yes! Suddenly, 3-wheelers become more popular, igniting an incredible increase in their value! Soon, grillfellas will be scouring the countryside for the previously scorned 18.5" black daisys.

According to my calculations, the patent is likely expired.  If someone actually wanted to manufacture these, I would suggest they ask me to double-check & I can make certain by checking a few things.

If you want to see the patent, check out https://www.pat2pdf.org/patents/pat5540212.pdf for a pdf version

No need. Found a 17 inch deep dish pizza pan that will work perfectly. And it won’t rust out!
