Title: Weekday Tri-tip

I was working from home yesterday and it was 100+ degrees outside so it seemed like the perfect day to fire up the grill. Got the SNS on the performer rolling and steady at about 300-325 and threw on the tri-tip. Ran out to get the kids from daycare and about an hour later it was at 135 and ready for a quick sear.

Fun and easy weeknight cook. No cooking pics, but the final product:

Looks awesome, as hot as it has been you could have not lit any coals put the lid on and in the sun and gone low and slow LOL

I'm in phoenix, az.   Its hotter than pip here. Do tri tip often

Man I've been wanting to do tri tip on the kettle. Yours looks delicious!
