Title: Hello From Central Ohio
Post by: HeavySmoke on May 24, 2018, 08:17:38 AM: I've got two kettles - a red and a black 22. I had never cooked on one prior to April of this year, but they are great! My coworker got me one as a housewarming gift, and I bought my red from a club member who was selling. I've done wings, spatchcock chickens, brisket, flatiron steaks, grilled broccoli, roasted peppers, and a few burgers.

I'm looking forward to learning all your guys' secret techniques.

Not a bad day. Two new kettles dropped off, and a Weber-grilled-food-induced coma.
