Title: Tacky or Ok? My only blue.
Post by: Jules V. on April 09, 2018, 02:57:52 PM: Hopefully this is the final version of the blue ssp so i decided to start a new thread. Three performers done and 2 more to go. Need to move on to the next project. Shooting for 3 weeks to get the other 2 done.

Yeah the wheels didn't last more than 2 hrs. It just look too wild and distracting. Went back to the off-white. Just ordered some black instead. Probably will go back to the black ash pan also.

Got a taco treatment, 22" wide lower rack with a black trim, and back to grey wheels.

Ended up using the 16" shelf on the redhead and used a 22" on the blue. It's a bit overwhelming with all the stainless so i added a black trim on the lip to tone it down a bit.

I am LOL. Growing up our first kettle was a redhead so they hold a special place in my heart. I do love the blues as well.
