...was meatloaf. I am almost as bad as Troy with the crappy pictures, but I think I try harder at least:

If you are wondering why it is leaning, I usually angle the meatloafs (meatloaves?) a bit to help with grease drainage.  The smoke ring on this loaf was as red as the weber.

Mouth watering! I can't wait to hear what Larry thinks.  Maybe you could blend some of it for him. ???
