Title: thick chops on the 26r

I spotted these 1.5"+ chops at the grocery this week and knew I had to have them.
I quick-aged them with some Sweet Seduction and reverse seared them - which didn't quite work out that great due to the rain (couldn't get the temp up)

it's amazing how much more room there is. even compared to my OLD 26r.

Hey! That doesn't look like juice Troy! :P Good looking chops and nice grill! The newer one is roomier. I really like the new and old ones for different reasons.
