Title: Custom vintage tool holder mod

I'm going to insert a wood dowel in the top to slip a roll of paper towels onto.

The neck of the rake head looks like a paper towel holder to me.

USA Manufacturing of course.

(As Rob sends the kids at school off to rummage
through the sheds and garages of WH looking
for raw materials (ie. "old rakes") to make more)
