Title: Really enjoy using the WSM

Made a couple of chickens. Spatchcocked them then applied a rub and at the end added sauce.

The chicken looks great. The wsm really makes smoking enjoyable.

Penzeys BBQ 3000 for the rub and Trader Joes BBQ sauce.
