Was just at the Oakbrook IL location Monday. Ribeye was fantastic.

Hey Bbally what up? There doesn't seem to be an intro section. I could be wrong. Mighty fine blogs here. I have been reading since 7 est. Most enjoyable.

I just checked out their website. They have grilling classes in 4 different towns.  Very reasonable. Dates and menus are listed. I need to plan a vacation to include a class. Would be fun and probably very enlightening to learn some techniques from Weber chefs
