Title: Man oh man!

I cooked some 1lb delmonicos this afternoon. Soaked a loaf pan of mesquite chips and threw them on when the coals were ready.  10 minutes later, the best steaks I have ever made were done.  Try it...you'll like it.  :)

Added pic of leftover steak.  Can't wait for quesadillas tomorrow!  :)
