Copper Mist 18" (The Brave) and 22" (The Warrior). Both were assembled caddywhompous by different original owners and have spent their entire existence that way. I have not straightened them out since I acquired them as I believe it is part of their "story".

I'm lost with this one... what is caddywampus ? I know caddywampus is when it comes to cars hitting a curb and wheels are pointing left and right at the same time. But I'm lost about CW on a Weber .

Same thing when the alignment is off. From the 2017 Glossary at the top of this page: Caddywampus Any Weber Kettle that has had the leg kit installed incorrectly. When the front leg and front bowl handle to not align when assembled. Rear bowl handle should be positioned between the wheels.

Not only is the handle in the wrong caddy orientation, check out the upside down triangle and two right wheels. Wait, wait......The ash pan is inside the grill.

I love them. My first thought when I see old one is that grill wasn't used often or dragged around very often because if it was someone would have fixed that sh!t. My best condition MBH pickups have been caddywampus and I am convinced that the fact that it was a pain in the @ss to haul around was part of the reason.

So I did mention to this store that their WSCG was assembled incorrectly. They did unwampus it. Something still isn't right with the triangle and the wires are still wrapped around the burner tube but besides going there and doing it myself I give up.

They had different models of the plastic kettle? I noticed the first one is otg, but I don't see a pan on that second one. And they are gonna have messed up sockets since they are missing the triangle

I think it’s removable. Kids probably broke it off.
Technically there is a red one same size and a Smokey joe toy.

Picked up a Performer with the fold down table. Hard to believe someone could get so many things wrong. The ash sweeps were installed incorrectly so when the lever was pushed to the open indicator, they were closed and vice versa. The lid bail rollers were installed backwards (with the large end towards the bowl) so they would not roll. They were smashed into the bowl and made it a challenge to roll the lid into the holder. When I tried to take off the ash bucket ring to clean the bowl, I found a new twist on how to install them. I had already correctly installed the lid bail rollers when I took this photo.

Ran across one of these earlier this summer. It was on the curb and I thought someone made the shelves, til I went to load it and saw the tool hooks upside down. I get it home and the firebox has a thin layer of soot on part of it but the flavor bars looks brand new... I remove the bars and bam, they managed to put the burners in upside down also!
2 yo grill on the curb cause they installed half the parts wrong.
