Title: Videos crash my iDevice

On both my iPad and lPhone my device crashes every time I try to watch a video. I get booted out to my home screen. Any idea why this happens?

That's unfortunate.
I've never experienced this on android.

Can another member with an ipad or iphone (and the WKC app) test?

The video works on my wifes iPad.

Your test cases suck. I'll let someone else endure that on an iPhone. Oh? WKC app? Didn't pick up on that. I just watched miserably with Safari.

It has been crashing mine for the last month using the app. If I choose web view within the app. It will work.

Crashes my iPhone 7. All videos in this app have crashed the app for a little while now.

I checked back at the failed email crash reports(the app offers to send a crash report via email, and the email doesn't go through)and my first crash was April 1st.

No problems here with crashing. Grabbed a 4 way and will be spending the next day watching this video over and over...

I've deleted, and reinstalled the app...and restarted my iPhone. It still crashes...any attempted video playback.

The only way around crashing that I've found is clicking on the three dots top right and selecting web view.  Video will play without crash

Same here. Crashes every time on my iPhone 7+. And every thing is up to date on my phone.

The common denominator is the WKC mobile app. I've had other issues with that app so I switched to Tapatalk.

Tested on 4 android devices without issue.
Common denominator is apple.
