Nice setup. I haven't used the vortex yet, let us know how it works out. Looks like its going to turn out great.

evoo salt and pepper on the outside and herb butter all up under the skin chicken was great nice crispy skin. When I distribute the coals I don't put any on the side were the breast is seems to work out nicely by not drying out the breast sorry I forgot to take a finished pic
