Title: Chicken leg cook

Getting ready for some chicken. New grate didn't come with instruction. Is this right?

I'm loving this hybrid lump briquette I've been doing. Cuts start time in half. It's raining with huge wind gusts at the moment. Weber don't care.

Love the flip grate on the 22. Up until now I've only had it on the 26. It's needed on the 22 for winter. This is half way point. Thanks capt!
