Title: Cherry Smoked, Teriyaki Marinade, Stir Fry Stuffed Tri Tip on Udon Noodles

Early March.. So it was this kinda day...

Made a batch of Teriyaki Sauce. Mirin is already on the stove.

Here's the Stir Fry Mix... Baby Bellas, Ancient Sweet Red Peppers, Snow Peas, Green Beans, Green Onions, Water Chestnuts, Baby Corn and Bean Sprouts.

Used a combination of Peanut and Sesame Oil

Yet another great way to fix  tri-tip......!!!!!!!!

That looks really, really extra good.......... ;D

Kinda done like flank, but it's gonna have that tip texture & your great flavor mixups in there....great cookup !!!
