This will be the first cook on my new (EO) Red MT. Started with 3lb. 80/20 ground beef, a few small tricolored peppers and 1/2 red onion. Mixed together with 2 eggs, bit of panko, Webers Steak n Chop seasoning and fresh ground black pepper. Wrapped with thick cut bacon.

Lookin' good Scott. I often put a chunk of wood on the cooking grate above the coals too. Get a clean burn quick that way.
