Grill was a bit hot so I got more char than I wanted. Not complaining though, internal was almost perfect.

Looks delicious. What was the cook method, reverse sear?

loaded mashed potatoes and what I think is a slice of brie plated with a medium cooked steak with a decent crust on it and some stone IPA in the background. i'm gonna give it an 8/10.

@3sSecurity this was done on my old Genesis, I was lazy this night. No reverse sear just a simple 5 min per side, should've only done 4 min to get a more medium rare but this cut was prime and stayed very tender. Taters and Brie were both spot on, I also had some mushroom but ate those right off the grill;)

I like the char, that'd be about perfect for me. Good looking cook.
