On the kettle and vortex with chunks of apple at 225 for about 2.5 hours.

That'll do, brother! Tasty looking meal. Were the tenderloins pre-seasoned or did you add your own? Either way, I like what you've got going there!

Gotta love when you can find a bacon holder that is as delicious as the bacon is!!!  Nice cook.  @bigmikey - Did you spritz the meat with something for the pictures?  I always see pictures where everything is so shiny and glistening but can never reproduce it!

I hear you on the shiny part, i smoked a pork loin this last weekend and it was not as juicy as this.  i didnt wrap it in bacon though.  I think i am going to inject mine next time to help with the juicy factor and wrap in bacon.

No spritz, I did cover with foil and rest for 10 minutes while sides finished up.  These were preseasoned and wrapped in bacon already.  Found them at Sam's Club for $8-10 each. They tasted phenomenal even as leftovers today. The apple worked great. So juicy and tender. Second one got slice and vac sealed in a few bags for lunches at work.
