Did these on my performer, rubbed with TSS and glazed with TSS Apple cherry. (http://images.tapatalk-cdn.com/15/09/27/c3abfb8f8cac82d34ae2f3cdeea61b70.jpg)
Smoked between 225-250 on pecan and Apple, probably took two hours? Didn't time it. Had my other kettle very hot, threw them on for 90 seconds on each side. Internal temp was 150 at pull. Wrapped in foil for 30-45 minutes.

It's Texas swine shine, small rub company that sells glazes and rubs. Kind of a friend of a friend, seriously good rubs I'll post the link here in a minute. I am in no way affiliated with them.
