Title: Pulled pork hash
Post by: LightningBoldtz on September 22, 2015, 05:48:41 AM
Yes, have that extra pulled pork for breakfast.

1/2 large diced onion sauteed in butter
1/2 red pepper
4 diced potatoes
various spices (your choice)
saute until thoroughly mixed
add pulled pork
Broil mixture
add cheese.

This is the way I made it, obviously it could be made 100 other ways depending on your heat preference etc.

Put this on a slice of toast and top with 2 over easy eggs. Heaven
