Title: Spoiled by a Grillfella friend back East!

Recently when @MrHoss posted up the amazing haul of smoke wood him and AFH picked up, I commented on the fact that there are VERY slim pickings in terms of fresh smoke wood in these parts. I can get the Weber bagged stuff but it always looks stale or as if it sat on a warehouse shelf for 2 years... Anyways, being the guy he is Hoss packed up the most glorious sample pack of fruit woods I've ever seen and mailed it out to me within days. I know they are just pieces of wood, but compared to pre-bagged it looks like decorative art. Some may even end up on the mantle inside ;)

...I told my wife he smuggled this package in from Columbia ;D ;D

Now get this... this jam-packed box included samples of:

 :o :o ... and if that wasn't enough! another jug of glorious maple syrup and some beef rub!

Hoss wanted to make sure your package arrived in time for the E-cook so I wasn't able see him to add to it in time. I've got a few more varieties packed up ready to ship out Monday(wine barrel, dark cherry, more rum and scotch chunks). Hope you have as much fun playing with these as we are. Look forward to seeing what you cook up.

You take care of others plenty 6....I know you have gone out of your way for me...so seeing you get that package makes me happy. I cannot cook for you so I send things to assist in cooking.
