Made some Lamb chops the other night covered in freshly minced garlic. Had a side salad to go along with it. Not pictured is the mint sauce for lamb dipping. Also not pictured is the Ranch dressing I smothered that healthy looking salad in :)

Lookin pretty tasty to me! Did you cook them direct the whole time or move them outside to finish?

Thanks Austin. Cooked them above the outer coals to start and finished in the center. Pretty much direct cooking through out.

They look fantastic.
How long did these take? I can get lamb ribs here. Pretty inexpensive, and very tasty, but I always struggle with the timing.

Safeway has The chops on sale here right now $5/Lb. I cooked the chops for about 13 minutes and flipped four times for medium well done.
