The wife went to a training in Wisconsin so I decided to cook myself a steak. We're not big steak eaters regularly so I figured why not
Picked up an 8oz prime filet at a local butcher market. Seasoned w/ Tatonka Dust and Double Secret Steak Rub. Reverse seared on the 22.5" Performer (Green)

Beautiful looking steak, nice cook!

Looks great, but my wife would kill me if she found out I had steak without her. She's a die hard carnivore.
