This one started with a whole packer seasoned liberally with Montreal steak seasoning

Going into the smoke, hickory and a little apple, coshell for heat

Once it looked like a meteor I wrapped it in foil. Not my usual play, but I got it on a little later than I hoped and needed it ready by dinner time.
