It was In the 20s today....but I was in the mood for moinks and ABTs......along with some beef brats and some pork steaks I had marinating. Big UL vs UK game today...GO CARDS!

All hollowed out and ready for a filling of cream cheese, shredded cheddar,green onions, and dried garlic...oh and a lil' smokie on top of all that!

Pork sausage balls wrapped with bacon...and beef brats/sausage.... These were a lil dry, but my son requested them plain.

These are the pork steaks i marinated them in honey Dijon with chopped garlic and onions and some orange juice. No saucing...wanted to taste them. Not dry, but flavor so-so. My hubs asked, are these the ones from yesterday? I said no and he said,oh. We all preferred the applewood rub.

Yup the pecan....alone it's a strong and different sweet. But it works well with the bacon.
I will admit....I let these moinks go a bit.....they were just a touch too crunchy.....BUT.....THE CARDS WON! Yay
