I need a shorter name for these....
As the title says pineapple cream cheese stuffed all beef hotdogs wrapped in bacon with moonshine bbq sauce, sliced jalapenos and frenches fried onions.

next time id cut the hotdogs to about a cm on either side from the end and fill them like meat canoes to help keep the cheese in i lost about 1/3 of it crisping the bacon. thinner bacon would help the cheese loss as well. Those two are gone and im going to cut this short to continue eating. this will be a regular on my kettle after today. the Acidity of the pineapple cheese pairs well with the moonshine in the sauce and the fried onions and jalapenos add a nice crunch.

Made these tonight, sans fried onions and bread. Forgot the sauce at the end. Regardless, pretty tasty. Thanks, AcrossFromHoss!

Got antsy and didn't fully crisp the bacon. Also, it was turkey bacon; looks more pinkish.

That cream cheese is really a bang-on counterpart to the saltiness of the meat(s).

I like meat canoe but some suggestions are..."da dawgz", "dawgz", "bacon bliss dawgz", "bliss dawgz", "Hawaiian dawgz", "tiki dawgz", "luau dawgz", "casserole dawgz", "turdz"...that's all I got for now, if anymore come to mind, i'll post em up.
