Title: Possible gas or electric kettle

What do you guys think? They said its charcoal but it don't look like any charcoal kettle I've ever seen.

Many of the gas kettles get converted to charcoal when the components burn out, but this doesn't have the taller handle or the bottle rack and the control panel area does not look like it has any sort of control protruding
