1. Is there a page here dedicated to restoration? I need info on methods you guys have used to restore legs, remove rust, etc. Thought these threads might be consolidated somewhere.
2. Anybody know where to get a leg cap for a 1995 22" kettle?

Ace Hardware has them. Here is a thread by @DirectDrive with some parts info.

I also found these ones up here in Canada at Home Hardware. A nice fit.

Hang tight JJ! - we're working on an official resto guide and will more than likely post the first installment within the next week or so! I think you will be happy with the topic :)
Great advice from Mac in the meantime :)

The cap of a small propane bottle fits like it was made for the front leg. Tip I got from here.
