Wanted to add a thermometer to my OTG and prices to ship them were nearly as much as the bezel cost so I figured I would call Weber and see if they were any cheaper. The lady I talked to said they were a little behind on their shipments so they were giving away free shipping right now. Rather than get some of my parts used, I got them for nearly the same cost new with the free shipping. For example, I went ahead and bought the One Touch Gold ash assembly from them which was only $23 with free shipping.
Just wanted to give you all a heads up in case you were on the fence about ordering something..
She did say to allow a couple of weeks for shipping, but they always tell me that and then it arrives 2 days later. I figured I was not really in a hurry for these parts so I took the gamble.
