So I have a few things I've been wanting to try and have a question about temperature and time. I have some ABT's, some bacon wrapped mushrooms, and some bacon wrapped onion rings.... Theme here? Oh yeah!
I'm planning on between 225 and 250 degrees and thinking they should take 1.5 to 2 hours. I'm expecting the ABT'S to take the longest and the bacon wrapped mushrooms to take the least time.
Does anyone have any suggestions to adjust this plan?

When in doubt go low and slow. You won't burn anything up and usually stuff wrapped in bacon loves low temps.
Concur........the very best 'Turds I've done are longer & lower heat.........
If you get down the line & it seems your bacon is not as crispy as you'd like, you can always ramp up the heat at the end for a bit, or set out over open coals for a short, short time....
have fun & put up pics if you're able !!!!
I had bacon wrapped hot dogs and chicken breasts the other day and they were cooked much the same way you're going to do it BBQMedic. They were great too!
Thanks! I appreciate the input and even if they don't turn out perfect they should still be good :-)
I'll post some pictures tomorrow...

I think low and slow is fine for all you have mentioned, but it may take longer than you have estimated.
Thanks G$ I'll add another 30 minutes or so...

I've never had any other ones to compare them to but I think these turned out pretty well.... ;-) (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/04/03/e9yra5aj.jpg)
