I am a fan of lightly seared Tuna, so what better time to fire up the new Go-Anywhere and have at it.
Here is the specimen (.83lbs) I picked up at the local grocery with some light oil, salt and pepper just prior to the quick cook.

I banked the coals on one end of the box with all bottom vents fully open. These GAs are really versatile grills. I wanted to use lump for this, but we're out for now, so onward we charge with the good ol Kingsford-Blue.
