Farthest away are the bourbon glazed, middle are the sweet island pepper, and closest is my dry rub:

I do a version of 3-2-1. I do a 3 - 1.5 - 1. We like them tender but not fall off the bone.

Yea, I like a little chew to them too, but the boss (wife) and son like them fall off the bone. Think I'll make a 3-1.5-1 rack just for me ;D
