Title: Sirloin , bacon, lettuce and sweet corn
Post by: esq3585 on December 04, 2013, 09:24:40 AM
Cooked on "The dome" sirloin medium to well done with crispy bacon, lettuce, and sweet corn seasoned with old bay , corn cooked in a skillet inside the dome with butter and old bay. Ended up splitting it all in half and having the steak , bacon ,lettuce and corn all together on 2 rolls(  with a drizzle of A1 sauce) marvellous .

Got this before my Weber and it's ideal for small cooks and smoking of course, have dealt with Ian from macs BBQ on two  occasions and the customer service is top notch , even replaced 2 chrome cooking grills after 18 months as some of the chrome had wore off. Great guy. He sent out a full complete proQ frontier unit at the very start (24hr courier)due to some marks on the original one , told me to keep the original one which I passed onto a friend.
