Title: Bacon cheddar grilled chicken sandwiches

I marinated the chicken in a Tequila-lime-cilantro marinade, grilled them on the Weber, and then invited bacon and melted cheddar to the party.  Served them up on a soft sesame roll.  delicious.

you should try it.  its simple, and tasted great!
