Title: Pocket burgers
Post by: esq3585 on November 04, 2013, 09:07:07 AM
Started making pocket burgers but then decided to just make basic pork burgers. Started off with 3 honey roast pork sausages per burger, stripped the skins then handmade patties with oldbay seasoning and a bit of salt , cooked them away from coals for about 30 mins turning once then seared them over the coals each side. Forgot to add bacon cheese etc and just had them on their own and they were superb. Just realised halfway through forgot to take pics , here's the remainder of the wives as I had destroyed mine due to a hungry tummy. Next time will have cooked bacon in the middle along with melted cheese, Yum. (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/11/05/yra3upug.jpg)(http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/11/05/u8a5emuh.jpg)
