Title: Swine on the gasser tonight

Sometimes you just gotta make sure the gas still flows ;) I was way late tonight and needed a quicky on the old 3100

Some sweet swine getting ready!

Flipped 5 min medium heat

Put a thin coat of sauce on each side with a quick couple of flips nice and hot

Looks very good to me!
With two teenagers, band, sports etc. We often have to cook it quick!;)

Awesome cook! Love red beans and rice too, its a great side dish.

Thanks all!

I cut the meat up for the lady's in the house, this night I joined in, usually I cut on the plate. Beans and rice was a staple in the home growing up, it brings back memories. I'd only eat it with ketchup, would piss the parents off to no end  ;D
